What is BATTLE READY HOLISTICS? 

 

The BRH fitness regime is best described as a unique and comprehensive approach towards achieve elite-level strength, fitness, and conditioning that focuses on the needs of the individual rather than outdated, inadequate fitness exercise guidelines published back in 1956 under President Dwight D.   1. The first tier of the BRH fitness regime focuses on physical fitness. This includes strength training, cardio exercises, and flexibility training. By building a strong and healthy body, individuals can improve their overall health and well-being, reduce the risk of injury, and increase their stamina and endurance.

 

 

2. The second tier of the BRH regime focuses on mental fitness. This includes techniques such as combat or tactical breathing, which is an excellent way to reduce your stress, lower your heart rate and calm down even when under extreme duress. This breathing strategy is practiced by special operations warriors to help them focus, gain control and manage stress. You will learn proper meditation, visualization, and positive self-talk. All of these techniques are proven to boost productivity, reduce fatigue, sharpen mental alertness, and enhance our overall health.

 

3. The third tier of the BRH regime focuses on spiritual fitness. This involves developing a deeper connection with oneself and with the universe. Through practices such as mindfulness, gratitude, and self-reflection, individuals can improve their sense of purpose and meaning in life, find greater inner peace and happiness, and cultivate a stronger sense of compassion for others.


4. The fourth tier of the BRH regime focuses on performance optimization. This involves bringing together all three aspects of the regime - physical, mental, and spiritual - to achieve peak performance.
